Common questions.
What counts as the "same company"?
Users who sign in with the same company domain (e.g. @nordia.se). The domain is verified at setup. No limits on number or frequency.
What is a "license" in shared mode?
An external person — client, consultant, subcontractor — who needs to view or edit your documents. The license follows the person, not the document, and can be reassigned.
Do both companies need Beebeam?
No. The party that owns the license invites the other with a link. The external party signs in by email without their own account.
How are we billed?
Monthly in arrears, invoice by email or Fortnox/Visma integration. Cancel anytime — no lock-in.
Where are our drawings stored?
Servers in Stockholm and Frankfurt. GDPR-compliant, ISO 27001-certified infrastructure (AWS Stockholm Region).
Does it work with Bluebeam PDFs?
Yes. Markups from Bluebeam, Adobe Acrobat, and Revu import as editable objects in Beebeam.
Is PDF size limited?
50 MB per file, up to 200 pages. Need larger — let us know and we will raise the limit.
Can we run Beebeam on-prem?
Yes, for Enterprise customers. Fully isolated installation on your servers with the same UI. Contact sales.
